The hotel is large and beautiful. The staff is amazing and the service is mind-blowing. The room on the executive level is superb with spacious bathroom and ornate furniture. The location is great, close to all the restaurants and a short walk to the center of attractions like the Opera House.

The Lotte Hotel Saigon offered classical luxury, functional rooms with nice views, strong water pressure, and good wifi. The staff was professional, the pool area was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options from different cuisines. The hotel was large and gorgeous, and the location was convenient.

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms, great location near restaurants. Club lounge offers free snacks, beer, wine, high tea, and happy hour. Amazing views, powerful air conditioning, clean rooms with good linens. Manager listened to feedback and provided an iron in the room. Best executive floor offer, breakfast, dinner buffet, and all-day drinks included. Lovely pool and accommodating staff for families.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of everything, including the Nguyen shopping street. It is also in a convenient area to go sightseeing, with major attractions just a short distance away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with floor to ceiling windows providing a great view of the Saigon River. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and excellent service. The swimming pool is a hidden gem, offering a refreshing escape from the city heat.
The waiting staff can be a bit hard to find around the pool area.

During our New Year stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room with its luxurious amenities. The room had a fantastic view of the river and city, which added to the overall experience. The hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the pool area where we could relax and soak up the sun. The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment options in the evenings. While the hotel offers live entertainment, it would be great to have more variety in this aspect.

Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon. The room had a fine view of the Saigon River and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the free shuttle service to the market was a great convenience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants. highly recommended!

We had a small robbery on the streets , and the hotel staff showed really good care and concern. They immediately sent someone from security to assist us and offered to accompany us to the police station. Although the incident left us shaken, the hotel staff made us feel supported and safe.
